Bridge and bar restorations with these abutments must be carried out on at least 2 implants with diameter 3.8 mm or greater. Bar restorations with these abutments must be carried out on at least 4 implants, bridge restorations on at least 6 implants without mesial or distal extensions. Adequate polygonal support (cross arch) needs to be provided.
